Honored to contribute to Artificial Intelligence in Africa: A Tool for Freedom and Prosperity? (Volume 2, 2026), published by African Liberty. My chapter, Governance and AI, explores how artificial intelligence can strengthen the connections between youth voices and government action, make constitutional rights more accessible, and advance the case for Africa to build and own it’s AI infrastructure rather than remain only consumer of technologies developed elsewhere.
